The top dogs play in the NCAA and only the finest may go on to play in the NFL

Football has four main leagues. There is the Junior Football league(JFL), High school association, National Collegiate Athletic Association(NCAA), and National Football league(NFL). Every association is a stepping stone leading to the NFL, which only 2% of NCAA athletes will make it pro. NCAA is college football and it houses the top athletes out of high school, and prepares them for chances to make the NFL which takes long grueling hours and hopefully it will pay off eventually.
“Nobody who ever gave his best regretted it.”
The NFL is a dream job for many football players. Being able to play or sport and get payed as a living is a great idea for any athlete. The NFL brings in billions of dollars every year and they are able to distribute that to all the athletes. In the end that NFL players are bringing in millions every season. Now that something that would be fun to do. Enjoy your job completely and be a millionaire. Life does not get much better than that. NFL takes top talent only though that why only 2 percent of football players make it to the NFL. You must train like a beast. You have to play like a beast. You have to have a focused mindset, and you must succeed. There are many NCAA team that prepare you better for this challenge and those teams usually and will house some of the nations best athletes. Schools in the SEC or BIG 10 college conference get the best Division 1 players and this allows them to have the best Division 1 programs. The best kids will always go to these top schools to make them power houses and get the right work ethic that might carry them over to the NFL one day. They just have to take all opportunities they get.
“You can’t always control circumstances. However, you can always control your attitude, approach, and response. Your options are to complain or to look ahead and figure out how to make the situation better.”
The game of football has been a big help to families in need. The NFL has done a terrific job of bringing kids that came from nothing and making them something. A good majority of NFL players come from a poor back ground and they used their gift, circumstances, and work ethic to fight and make it to the big league. I feel like this makes football even more special to see how this sport can truly change the lives of people. Some of the richest athletes come from the worst backgrounds but they bought in and knew they could be great. Football asks a lot of a person you have to be mentally and physically strong. You will go through a lot in a journey that you hope will bring you to the NFL, and you must respond in a good way. Like my quote above says you have to make better in every situation and this is what the game is all about. You will get knocked down but you will get up and fight. You will go through long times of grueling pain but there is a goal in the end. You must go big if you wish to be a successful football player.
What a great article Isaiah! I really enjoyed this read and it is really interesting to know that most professional football players come from poor back grounds. I didn't know that and it really puts a different perspective on the NFL today, some athletes do sometimes take advantage of all their money and waste it too which is sad to see.
